Hello! My name is Kate Warner and I am a CG Supervisor specializing in CG Layout and Cameras. I come from a large family of artists (and have a few of my own as well) which has helped me in my career in managing artists patiently and effectively. With experience in animated films, episodic features and games, I can communicate effortlessly across the pipeline. I am accustomed to a fast paced environment and know how to cast to artists’ strengths to stay on schedule and budget. As a department manager at both the front-end and the middle of the pipeline, I have had unique access to every department from concept and storyboarding, modeling and visual development, animation, post and editing, and have developed a keen eye for identifying and solving problems proactively and efficiently. Part of my main drive is ensuring that all assets and animations are working well for ALL departments in the pipe.  I have implemented and proven efficient workflows to reduce asset and animation issues and crunch. Through empathy and expertise, I can productively and constructively provide feedback and direction. And most of the time, I have a smile on my face. :) References available upon request.
